欢迎使用 Soul-Link（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由 LHW（以下简称“我们”）提供。我们重视您的隐私，并按照本政策说明本应用如何处理您的信息。
本应用不会出售您的个人信息，不使用聊天内容投放广告，也不会进行跨 App 或跨网站追踪。
1. 我们处理的信息
AI 聊天内容：当您主动使用 AI 聊天功能时，您输入的文字以及生成回复所必需的近期对话上下文会通过网络发送给第三方 AI 服务提供商 DeepSeek，用于生成并返回 AI 回复。
保存在设备上的信息：聊天记录、游戏进度、偏好设置以及已连接蓝牙设备的名称、标识符和连接状态可保存在您的设备本地，用于持续提供应用功能。我们不会将这些本地信息上传到 Soul-Link 自有服务器。
您主动发送的支持信息：当您通过电子邮件联系我们时，我们会收到您的邮箱地址、邮件内容及您主动提供的附件，仅用于回复咨询、定位问题和改进服务。
2. 信息的使用目的
- 生成 AI 对话回复并提供虚拟陪伴功能；
- 保存本地聊天上下文、游戏进度和偏好设置；
- 发现、连接并控制您主动选择的兼容蓝牙设备；
- 保障功能正常运行、排查故障并回复支持请求。
3. 权限说明
蓝牙权限：用于扫描、连接和控制您选择的兼容蓝牙设备。本应用不会利用蓝牙信息追踪您的位置。
网络访问：用于向 AI 服务发送聊天请求、接收 AI 回复，以及访问技术支持或隐私政策页面。
4. 第三方服务与跨境处理
本应用使用 DeepSeek API 提供 AI 回复。为完成您的请求，聊天输入和必要的对话上下文会传输给 DeepSeek。相关信息可能在中华人民共和国境内处理和保存，具体处理及保存规则以 DeepSeek 的隐私政策为准。
请勿在 AI 聊天中输入身份证件号码、银行卡信息、精确住址、健康资料或其他不必要的敏感信息。您可以查看 DeepSeek 隐私政策了解更多信息。
5. 信息共享与追踪
除为生成 AI 回复而向 DeepSeek 提供必要聊天内容，或法律法规要求的情形外，我们不会向其他第三方出售、出租或共享您的个人信息。本应用不使用广告标识符，不将您的信息用于定向广告，也不会将其与其他公司收集的数据结合进行追踪。
6. 保存与删除
保存在本地的聊天记录、游戏进度和设备设置通常会保留至您在应用内清除相关数据或卸载本应用。发送给 DeepSeek 的内容将按照其适用政策和法律要求保存。技术支持邮件会在处理请求及履行必要法律义务所需的期限内保留。
如需请求查询、更正或删除由我们控制的信息，请通过本政策末尾的邮箱联系我们。对于由 DeepSeek 独立处理的信息，可能还需按照其隐私政策向其提出请求。
7. 数据安全
我们采取合理的技术和管理措施保护信息，并仅在提供相关功能所需的范围内处理数据。但互联网传输或电子存储无法保证绝对安全，请谨慎决定您在 AI 聊天或邮件中提供的内容。
8. 未成年人
本应用不面向儿童。用户应达到 App Store 产品页面所标注的最低年龄要求，并遵守所在地适用法律。如果您认为未成年人未经适当授权向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们处理。
9. 您的权利
根据您所在地区适用的法律，您可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制或反对处理个人信息等权利。您可以通过下方邮箱提交请求。为保护信息安全，我们可能需要先验证请求人的身份。

Welcome to Soul-Link (the “App”), provided by LHW (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
We do not sell your personal information, use chat content for advertising, or track you across apps or websites.
1. Information We Process
AI chat content: When you choose to use AI chat, the text you enter and the recent conversation context required to generate a response are transmitted over the internet to our third-party AI service provider, DeepSeek, solely to generate and return an AI response.
Information stored on your device: Chat history, game progress, preferences, and the name, identifier, and connection status of connected Bluetooth devices may be stored locally on your device to provide App functionality. We do not upload this local information to servers operated by Soul-Link.
Support information you provide: If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them only to respond, troubleshoot issues, and improve support.
2. How We Use Information
- To generate AI chat responses and provide virtual companion features;
- To preserve local chat context, game progress, and preferences;
- To discover, connect to, and control a compatible Bluetooth device you select;
- To operate the App, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests.
3. Permissions
Bluetooth: Used to scan for, connect to, and control compatible Bluetooth devices that you select. We do not use Bluetooth information to track your location.
Network access: Used to send AI chat requests, receive AI responses, and open technical support or privacy-policy pages.
4. Third-Party Services and International Processing
The App uses the DeepSeek API to provide AI responses. Chat input and necessary conversation context are sent to DeepSeek to fulfill your request. This information may be processed and stored in the People’s Republic of China. DeepSeek’s own privacy policy governs its processing and retention practices.
Please do not enter government identification numbers, financial information, precise home addresses, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data in AI chat. See the DeepSeek Privacy Policy for more information.
5. Sharing and Tracking
Except for providing necessary chat content to DeepSeek to generate AI responses, or where required by law, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with other third parties. The App does not use advertising identifiers, use your information for targeted advertising, or combine it with data collected by other companies to track you.
6. Retention and Deletion
Locally stored chat history, game progress, and device settings generally remain until you clear the relevant data in the App or uninstall it. Content sent to DeepSeek is retained according to its applicable policies and legal obligations. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and meet legal obligations.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information controlled by us, contact us using the email address below. Information independently processed by DeepSeek may also require a request made under its privacy policy.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and limit processing to what is needed to provide the relevant features. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please carefully consider what you provide in AI chat or email.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children. Users must meet the minimum age displayed on the App Store product page and comply with applicable local law. If you believe a minor has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us.
9. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information. You may submit a request using the email address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our features, services, or legal obligations change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes in the App or by another appropriate method.
