如何开启 Soul-Link 的蓝牙权限？
请前往“设置”→“隐私与安全性”→“蓝牙”，开启 Soul-Link 对应的开关，然后重新打开应用。
蓝牙设备连接后为什么会断开？
请缩短手机与设备之间的距离，减少墙体、金属物体或其他无线设备造成的干扰。仍无法稳定连接时，请重启配套设备与应用后再次尝试。
AI 聊天无法回复怎么办？
请确认网络连接正常并稍后重试。AI 回复需要联网处理；网络不稳定或服务繁忙时，回复可能延迟。
如何查看应用版本？
您可以在应用的设置页面或 App Store 的 Soul-Link 产品页面查看当前版本号。

- Your Soul-Link app version;

Frequently Asked Questions
Soul-Link cannot find or connect to my Bluetooth device.
Make sure the compatible device is powered on and available for connection, move it closer to your iPhone, and try again. Also verify that Bluetooth is enabled and that Soul-Link has Bluetooth permission in iOS Settings.
How do I enable Bluetooth permission?
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth, enable the switch for Soul-Link, and then reopen the App.
Why does the Bluetooth device disconnect?
Keep the iPhone and device close together and reduce interference from walls, metal objects, or other wireless devices. If the connection remains unstable, restart both the device and the App before trying again.
Why is AI chat not responding?
Check your internet connection and try again later. AI responses require network access and may be delayed when the connection is unstable or the service is busy.
Where can I find the App version?
The current version is available in the App’s settings screen or on the Soul-Link product page in the App Store.
